The company BAEST Machines & Structures, a.s. is engaged in production of both classical and nonstandard large diameter pipes from carbon and stainless steels. The company holds the system certificates EN ISO 9001: 2009, 18001 and 14001.

Production of pipes is carried out including the technical design and development of design and technical documentation.

All production processes are conducted in accordance with prescribed standards according to DIN, EN, PED and other technical requirements. Production is carried out by specialized welding personnel, qualified in accordance with EN278-1, EN 1418 and proceeds in accordance with approved welding procedures WPQR and WPS.

Pipe welding is performed on a semi-automatic production line using methods 121 and 135 for the standard length of 12 meters. Thanks to modern technical equipment and high demands on production quality and processes, the company is able to satisfy even the most demanding customer requirements and maintain very short delivery times at a maximum level of quality. The pipeline is suitable for a wide range of applications in the construction of gas pipelines, steam piping, air ducts and water supply, even in aggressive environments and particularly for subsequent use in the manufacture of tanks, pressure vessels, storage silos, boilers and other applications. Pipelines can also be used as structural support elements for industrial and civil buildings, roads and others.
